Surely the most popular side dish, ready-made and in individual portions. And the best thing is, the potato gratin tastes home-made thanks to the way it is prepared with lots of cream, sour cream, full-fat milk and cheese.
Preparation for 1 to 8 gratins:
Oven: Preheat the oven and bake the gratins with top and bottom heat at 200°C (fan-assisted oven 180°C) for approx. 18 to 20 minutes.
Combi steam oven: Preheat to 180°C without steam, place frozen gratins on a greased baking tray and bake for between 18 and 20 minutes until golden brown, depending on the number of portions.
